Andrew is a Partner at Crescent Cove Private Equity. Andrew has more than a decade of experience in private equity across a broad range of industries, including business services, technology, media, industrials, and healthcare. Andrew is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process from originating new investments, diligence, deal execution and working alongside our partner companies. Prior to Crescent Cove Private Equity, Andrew was a Principal with Calera Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, where he led and managed investments in the industrial growth and business services sectors and served on multiple company boards. Previously, Andrew worked for Bain Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm where he was responsible for investments in the TMT and healthcare industry groups. Andrew began his career at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on strategic and operational initiatives. Andrew received an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.B.A degree in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. A native of Michigan, Andrew lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys cooking with his family, playing basketball, and supporting the Michigan Wolverines.
