Sunny Gill is the Talent and Culture lead at Crescent Cove Advisors. He provides leadership and programming to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture at Crescent Cove, a workplace with people who have diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, and experiences. Sunny works with senior leadership to help staff members continually develop in their roles, learn from the communities we serve and contribute in a high-performing environment. His primary focus is on talent acquisition, promotion of an inclusive organizational culture and operationalizing human capital. Sunny brings 10 years of Human Resources experience to Crescent Cove concentrating mainly in the financial services and technology industries. Prior to joining the team, he was the Senior HR Business Partner at ironSource and previously was the VP of Talent and HR at Top Tier Capital Partners in San Francisco. Sunny has an MBA from Medaille University in Buffalo, New York, and a B.A. in Business Administration- Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
