Jun Hong Heng is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Crescent Cove Advisors LP. He established the firm in 2016 in San Francisco and oversees all aspects of the firm’s activities.
Mr. Heng is a board member of ECARX, a smart mobility company listed on Nasdaq, and Luminar Technologies, a Palo Alto-based maker of autonomous vehicle sensors and software listed on Nasdaq. He is also a board member of Crescent Cove portfolio companies including Vatic Investments, care.ai and HaptX. Mr. Heng serves as a board observer with Poplar Homes, Forterra and Lambda Labs, a deep learning company.
In the years leading up to the founding of Crescent Cove, Mr. Heng worked as a Principal with Myriad Asset Management from 2011 until 2015, focusing on credit and equity, including special situations and risk arbitrage. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Bear, Stearns and Co. in investment banking roles.
Mr. Heng is an alumnus of the University of Michigan Business School, and resides today in San Francisco with his wife, son and daughter.
