- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information.
- Information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, address, and phone number, login credentials, profile information, and communications between you and Crescent Cove. For example, you may submit comment forms on the website, subscribe to our mailing list, use our investor portal, or communicate with us via email regarding our business or the Services.
- Information that is passively collected:
- Analytics information: We may use third-party analytics tools to help us measure website traffic and usage, and these tools may collect information sent by your device or the Services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Services.
- Mobile Device Unique Identifier: When you use a mobile device to connect to our Services via a service provider that uniquely identifies your mobile device, we may receive this unique identifier.
- Log file information: Log file information may be automatically recorded when you use the Services, such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Services, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to individuals which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.

- In all promotional emails, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such messages in the future by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email that says “unsubscribe.” It may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your opt-out request.
